How to use
Adults
Start with a teaspoon and work towards 2 heaped teaspoons daily. Follow with a full glass of water. Complete a cycle of 10 days on then 10 days off.
Children 5 to 12 years
1/2 teaspoon up to twice a day. Follow with a glass of water.
Children 18 months to 5 years
1/4 teaspoon up to twice a day. Follow with extra water or liquids throughout the day.
Mix thoroughly in water. Drink immediately and follow with another cup of water. Take on an empty stomach, or mix into juices, smoothies or Elixirs.
Contraindications
Take Gut Sweep & Bind Powder at least one hour before or after medications or supplements. Before starting DE for any reason, consult a pediatrician or healthcare provider. They may offer guidance on dosage, risks or alternative treatments that might be more appropriate for a child's specific needs.
