Our story

Sunshine Coast, Queensland

Mukti Organics was founded in 2000 by its namesake, Mukti, one of the first to champion certified organic skincare in Australia, and still one of its most rigorous voices. With a background spanning health science, skin therapy and cosmetic chemistry, Mukti brings a rare depth to her formulations. Each product is rooted in both science and nature: the efficacy of peptides and vitamins meeting the intelligence of native Australian botanicals, held within certified organic bases. Her practice is grounded in the belief that skin health and overall well-being are inseparable.

Packaging with purpose. Facial care is housed in violet glass, an endlessly reusable material that also protects active formulations through biophotonic technology. Hair and body products use Post-Consumer Recycled plastic, producing 70% fewer greenhouse gas emissions than conventional alternatives. Shipping materials are biodegradable and compostable.

Clean manufacturing. Mukti’s Australian facility is partially solar-powered, operating under a strict sustainability charter that governs waste, energy and water use at every stage of production.

Traceable ingredients. Every ingredient is sustainably sourced from suppliers who meet rigorous standards: no deforestation, cruelty-free practices, fair labour, and full supply chain transparency.
