YOUR ORCHARD ST. CLEANSE GUIDE
Welcome to your nourishing pause
An Orchard St. juice cleanse offers a window into true wellbeing, promising renewal, clarity and a more vibrant, energised self.
It gives your digestive system a chance to rest while a steady flow of easily absorbed plant nutrients arrives through the day. In this calmer state, your body can amplify its own detoxification processes and gently encourage a full-system reset.
As the days roll on, many cleansers tell us they feel lighter, more energised and clearer in thought, and some notice a little extra glow in their skin. Every serve has been formulated with naturopathic principles and a deep reverence for the power of plant medicine and the intelligence of the natural world. Settle into the rhythm below, and let nature do the rest.

Day by day
Day 1
The first day is often the most noticeable. Hunger tends to arrive in waves and pass, and if you’ve recently cut back on coffee you may feel a dull headache or a little tired by the afternoon. Keep up your water between serves, warm your soup or broth when you want comfort, and reach for a little helper below if you need one.
Days 2 and 3
This is where many cleansers find their rhythm, with steadier energy and a quieter appetite. Each day follows the same daily rhythm, so vary the ritual around it; take your afternoon tonic outside, drink your evening serve slowly from a favourite cup, or stir the Qi Bomb into your broth.
Days 4 and 5
By now the rhythm usually feels familiar, and you’re feeling positively light, clear and full of natural energy. Which makes it a good time to notice what’s shifted in your sleep, skin, cravings and mood. Jot it down; it will help you decide what to carry forward once your cleanse ends.
Gentle support along the way
A cleanse is meant to feel nourishing. If you’re struggling, a cheeky snackette will support you without undoing your cleanse. Try to choose organic, where possible. Before you reach for one, ask yourself whether it will help you feel more alive; if the answer is yes, enjoy it.

When your cleanse ends
Ease back into food slowly, starting with simple, warm meals, and let your appetite lead. Our guide to the days after has a first-day menu and how to hold onto what felt good.
Before you cleanse
If you swapped anything out when you ordered, please double check your labels before you begin.
Our cleanses aren’t suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, for anyone under 18, or for anyone with diabetes, kidney disease or a history of disordered eating. If you’re managing a health condition or taking medication, including the contraceptive pill, please speak with your GP or healthcare practitioner before you begin; activated charcoal in Recover can affect how some medications are absorbed.
