Two Islands started in Sydney, where Fiona was studying health science and nutrition, and searching for a protein powder that tasted good (and wasn't full of junk). When her search was without success, she decided to made her own. That personal fix turned into something bigger — a mission to make good nutrition simple enough that people would actually stick with it.
Today, Two Islands blends nutrition science with herbal medicine and naturopathy to create formulas that support energy and everyday health.
