Pricing

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and include GST for orders delivered within Australia. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Product availability

Product availability can change at any time. Special offers are available while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time.

Payment

Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, we will refund any payment received.

Returns and cancellations

If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to cancel the order and issue a refund where possible.

Once dispatched, you may return unwanted items for a refund within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened and in resaleable condition. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.

Faulty or damaged items should be reported to us promptly so we can assist you.

Subscriptions (Auto-Replenish)

Some products are available as a one-time purchase or as an auto-replenish subscription (Subscribe & Save). Subscriptions are offered at a discount and can be set to deliver once a month, every 2 months, or every 3 months.

By selecting a subscription and completing your purchase, you authorise us (and our payment provider) to automatically charge the recurring amount shown at checkout (plus any applicable shipping and taxes) for each scheduled delivery until you cancel.

You may cancel or change your subscription at any time via the links in your order confirmation emails, through your account, or by contacting us at gday@orchardstreet.com.au. Cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle.

Gift cards

Orchard St. gift cards can be used across our entire range and are sent directly to the nominated email address.

Each gift card is valid for three years from the date of purchase. Any unused balance after this period will expire and cannot be refunded.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, reloaded, or used to purchase other gift cards. 

Vouchers or Promotional Codes

From time to time we will issue Voucher or Promotional codes. Please refer to the terms and conditions of each code to determine the value, the expiration date and any other terms. Please note that these are not Gift Cards and will typically have short expiry dates.

Delivery times shown on the website are estimates only. We use reputable third-party carriers and are not able to guarantee exact delivery dates. Please refer to our Shipping information for more details.
