Wellbeing grows in connection. Orchard St. has always been a place where community takes root among people who share a deep respect for the natural world and a curiosity about how to live within its rhythms.
Here, the like-minded shape our community, where you may arrive as one but leave as part of something bigger. Just as in nature, wisdom is not held in one place. It moves, is shared and exchanged between practitioners, makers, teachers and seekers, and in doing so, we all grow.

Founded in 2012 by naturopath Kirsten Shanks, Orchard St. began as Australia’s first organic juice cleanse, created within a small clinic and dispensary in Bronte.
It was guided by a simple knowing: that nature already holds what we need. That its intelligence is something to return to, to listen to, and to be generously shared. That we are not separate from it, we are nature.
What began as a small, plant-led offering soon grew into a movement. Through a deep reverence for plants, the creation of the Elixir Bar®, and a genuine connection to community, Orchard St. gently redefined how nature could be woven into everyday life. It became a place to gather, to reconnect, to remember.

OUR STORY
When Kirsten announced Orchard St.'s pause and hibernation in 2024, the outpouring of love and support from the community revealed something quietly undeniable; this story wasn't ready to end.
Among those deeply moved were Bondi locals Claire, Matt and Kim, who had long shared in the spirit and values of the Orchard St. community. What began as a simple conversation with Kirsten grew into a season of mentorship, guidance and gentle stewardship, a quiet act of community care and love for a cherished brand.
Shared values soon revealed a shared purpose; their alignment in heart and vision was natural. Together, around a kitchen table in Bondi, Kirsten, Claire, Matt and Kim began imagining the next chapter of Orchard St.
United by their why, that the world needs more community, more care, and a deeper reverence for nature's intelligence, this shared purpose continues to guide Orchard St., offering a cleaner, more conscious way of living for people and the world around them.
