Bushranger Honey is a family-owned New South Wales business devoted to pure, raw honey from the Australian landscape. With generations of beekeeping knowledge, the brand works closely with native flora and local environments to produce honey that is deeply tied to place.
Their Manuka honey is tested and certified for authenticity, with naturally occurring methylglyoxal, or MGO, used to indicate its strength. Cold-extracted, wild-crafted and lightly filtered, Bushranger Honey is kept raw and untamed — a distinctly Australian expression of the land it comes from.
Pristine Forest Sourcing. Bushranger apiaries are placed deep in remote native Australian forests, away from industrial farming and urban areas, to support cleaner, more natural honey production.
Raw, Minimal Processing. Honey is cold-extracted and minimally filtered, avoiding energy-heavy commercial heating while preserving natural enzymes and product integrity.
Independently Tested Purity. Independently tested to ensure it is free from synthetic chemicals, glyphosate and artificial additives.
