Bushranger's 2+ Manuka is the entry point into the range, a genuinely raw, wild-crafted monofloral manuka honey from the remote Leptospermum forests of New South Wales, tested and certified at 30MGO. Milder in its antibacterial activity but full in flavour, it carries the distinctive earthy, slightly medicinal character of Australian manuka with a sweetness that makes it as enjoyable eaten straight as it is stirred into warm drinks or spread over food.

How to use
Enjoy by the spoonful or stir into warm water, tea, yoghurt or your favourite recipes as a natural sweetener. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If the honey crystallises, place the jar in warm water until it returns to a liquid consistency. Not suitable for infants under 12 months.
