Our story

Yarra Valley, Victoria

Dr Planet was born from the founder, Naomi's, search for something safer, more accessible and less wasteful for her young son with sensitive, allergy-prone skin.

Handmade in the Yarra Valley, Dr Planet is a liquid castile soap created for skin, home and planet alike. Made with premium Victorian spray-free olive oil and pure essential oils, the formula is intentionally simple: no synthetic fragrance, no unnecessary derivatives, just a gentle, effective clean.

Local, Clean Ingredients. Products are made with locally grown Victorian spray-free cold-pressed olive oil, organic castor oil and organic coconut oil, with vegan, palm-oil-free and biodegradable formulas that are safe for greywater and waterways.

Small-Batch, Low-Impact Production. Handcrafted in small batches in the Yarra Valley, Dr Planet production uses solar energy, recycled water and oil containers, and Australian-made recycled packaging.

Refills & Reduced Transport Footprint. Dr Planet offer fully recyclable packaging and bulk refill options to reduce household waste, while local manufacturing and ingredient sourcing help lower transport-related emissions.
