The Nicholls family has been sustainably harvesting mineral salts from Lake Deborah in Western Australia since 1945. Now in its third generation of salt operations, Emily and Scot Nicholls continue to honour the lake’s natural abundance through Ancient Lakes Magnesium.

Drawing on decades of knowledge, the brand creates simple, naturally sourced magnesium and salt products from the lake’s mineral-rich brine. Each formula is minimally processed and grounded in a deep respect for place, purity and responsible harvesting.

Sanctuary-listed harvesting. Ancient Lakes magnesium and lake salts are harvested under a Salt Harvest Sanctuary licence, ensuring no contamination from modern pollutants.

Ultra pure formulations. Ancient Lakes avoids unnecessary processing aids, fillers, and additives, keeping formulations simple and transparent.
