AYU was founded by Alanna and Madeleine in 2014, inspired by their studies and journey with the sacred science of Ayurveda. Distilling generations of traditional wisdom into each bottle, their fragrances are intentionally dreamed into being, guided by the energetics of the Vedic Doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.

AYU’s body oils are crafted with ingredients that are kind to the earth and beneficial to all beings, using age-old distilling methods and globally sourced ingredients. A careful selection of medicinal herbs and exotic florals works in harmony to soothe the senses, soften the skin and gently uplift the spirit. Within a single petal exists a cosmos of healing.
