Wild, raw NSW grey ironbark honey
Bushranger's Grey Ironbark Honey is a single-origin monofloral raw honey gathered from bees foraging on the grey ironbark eucalyptus trees of rural New South Wales. One of Australia's most distinctively flavoured native honeys, grey ironbark is known for its bold, robust character with a deep, slightly woody sweetness that sets it apart from lighter floral varieties.
- Single-origin monofloral honey from bees foraging exclusively on grey ironbark eucalyptus.
- Cold-extracted, wild-crafted and lightly filtered to preserve its full nutritional complexity.
- Naturally low glycaemic index compared to many other honey varieties.

How to use
Enjoy by the spoonful or drizzle over toast, yoghurt, porridge or your favourite recipes as a natural sweetener. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If the honey crystallises, place the jar in warm water until it returns to a liquid consistency. Not suitable for infants under 12 months.
Source & integrity
Pristine Forest Sourcing. Bushranger apiaries are placed deep in remote native Australian forests, away from industrial farming and urban areas, to support cleaner, more natural honey production.
Raw, Minimal Processing. Honey is cold-extracted and minimally filtered, avoiding energy-heavy commercial heating while preserving natural enzymes and product integrity.
Independently Tested Purity. Independently tested to ensure it is free from synthetic chemicals, glyphosate and artificial additives.
