Body Electric + Creatine is The Beauty Chef's all-in-one daily performance blend, combining 3g of water-washed creatine monohydrate, 10g of hydrolysed pea and rice protein, a full electrolyte complex and a complete activated B vitamin stack including Quatrefolic® folate and activated B6 and B12. Fermented kombucha, coconut water and beetroot round out a formula built for hydration, energy, physical performance and recovery.

How to use
Mix 1 tablespoon (16 g) into 500 mL of water and consume immediately. Take at any time of day, including before, during or after movement, or whenever you need to recharge. Stir until fully dissolved before drinking.
