Village Pots are made by a fourth generation potting family in rural Malaysia from local clay and a natural glaze. Moulded by hands and water, then hardened by fire, cooking with this pot is a spiritual experience, equal parts functional and beautiful. Ideal for rice and meat dishes, vegetables or stews, these pots are suitable for cooking over gas, fire or charcoal, induction or electric stove tops.

How to use
Use in the place of standard cookware. Your pot will age and darken beautifully the more you cook in it.
Hairline cracks will form over time on the bottom and inside of the pot - this is normal and a natural part of the ageing process. It does not affect your cooking and your pot is still useable.
