Medicina de Resina is the third in Pureheart Alchemy's Medicina range, designed to anchor the energy field downward into the body and the earth. Where Medicina de Flores opens and expands, Resina grounds and stabilises, drawing on the ancient intelligence of trees, earthy resins and roots to calm the nervous system and deepen connection with the physical body. The formula holds the energetic essences of English oak, North American sequoia, African baobab, Australian red gum and Australian black she-oak alongside kakadu lily, cactus flower and a complex of resins and woody essential oils with a hint of smoke.

How to use
I
Pour a few drops into the left hand, rub hands together and clap three times.
II
Bring hands towards the face and breathe in for 1 to 3 breaths.
III
Move hands around the head and body through the energy field, then finish with hands resting on the belly.
