How to use
Miracle Collagen
Add 2.5–5g (approx. 1–2 tsp) to any liquid and stir until dissolved. Take up to 3 times daily. Avoid moisture and shake well before use.
Calm/Sleep
Add 3g (approx. 1 tsp) to 250mL water and stir well. Drink before sleep or anytime you need to relax.
