Mass X-odus is a whole food colon cleanse made entirely from organic ingredients and split into two blends that work in sequence; a clay blend and a seed blend, each formulated from simple, recognisable whole foods including bentonite clay, psyllium husk, flaxseed, chia, apple, cinnamon and ginger. Each blend is taken in alternating servings to support through digestive cleansing and bowel regularity.

How to use
I
Mix 2 tablespoons with 200ml of warm water or juice.

Stir well and drink immediately before the mixture expands.
Take every 2 hours, 5 times daily, for 4 days. Drink plenty of water throughout the cleanse.
