Rooftop Bees' Yuzu Honey is a small-batch infusion of Sydney raw honey and whole cold-pressed yuzu, handpicked from the slopes of the Ovens Valley in the Victorian Alps. Yuzu is an ancient Japanese citrus with a complex, layered aroma of mandarin, lime and bergamot, rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, and cold-pressed in its entirety to pass on its full flavour character.

How to use
Enjoy by the spoonful or stir into warm water, tea, yoghurt or your favourite recipes. If the honey crystallises, place the jar in warm water until it returns to a liquid consistency. Not suitable for infants under 12 months.
