How to use

Fill tub or basin with warm water, ideally between 101–103°F (39°C).

Dissolve up to 3 cups for a foot soak, or up to 1 full bag for a full-body bath
Soak for 20 minutes or more to fully immerse in the experience.

Rinse with warm water and gently pat skin dry.
