Handcrafted in Waiuku, Aotearoa New Zealand, it features a high-carbon steel blade with a deep, dark finish inspired by the iridescent tones of the native Tui bird. How to use
Use for chopping and dicing vegetables, fruit, herbs, nuts and meat. Hand wash with warm soapy water after use and dry thoroughly. Store in the protective cover, a knife block or on a magnetic knife strip.
