FAQ's
Is Bloom a good first cleanse?
Yes, if you would like a softer, more nourishing day of digestive rest and gentle cleansing. A satiating smoothie in the morning, blood-nourishing root juice, warming broth and soup, a refreshing rose tonic in the afternoon and a soothing elixir in the evening.
When is it delivered?
Monday and Wednesday, so you begin your cleanse the following morning. A 5-day cleanse can only begin on a Monday.
How long do the drinks last?
All juices, smoothies, elixirs and soups have a 4-day shelf life. Tonics and broths have 7 days. Keep everything refrigerated below 5 degrees and enjoy by the use-by date.
Is Bloom plant-based?
Not by default. Fortify is organic chicken bone broth unless you choose the vegetable broth, and Yin includes Foraged For You Mother's Blend, which contains freeze-dried grass-fed liver and spleen. If you would like a fully plant-based day, let us know and we can adjust your smoothie.
Will I get nutrition information?
Nutrition panels are printed on each bottle and jar.
Can I order across multiple delivery days?
Yes. A 3 or 5-day cleanse is delivered across the Monday and Wednesday windows so everything stays within its shelf life. Five-day programs start on Monday.
Is this cleanse organic?
Wherever an ingredient is marked with an asterisk it is certified organic. Everything else is sourced from organic and chemical-free growers wherever possible.
