Lightly toasted garam masala spices form its warm, nutty base, layered with aromatic chaat spices, green mango, mint and Himalayan black salt to create a blend that is savoury, complex and versatile.

How to use

Source & integrity
Circular Packaging System. Apostle encourage customers to return empty sauce bottles to retail locations, where they are washed, sterilised and reused, while their vinegar suppliers also operate a container reuse loop.
Local, Low-Waste Production. Apostle source locally where possible, using chillies from Ōtaki’s Penray Gardens, organic apple cider vinegar from Coral Tree Organics and homegrown Kawakawa leaves, while composting green waste and recycling cardboard.
Giving Back to Regenerative Projects. $1 from select sauce lines is donated to regenerative farming projects and local food security initiatives, supporting a more resilient food system.
