The following pages explains your new cleanse schedule. Whilst enjoying this journey, we encourage you to; Aim for one juice, smoothie or soup every two hours, sipped slowly and mindfully.

Try to have 300-500ml of room temperature water between each, adding a little fresh ginger or cayenne if you crave more inner warmth.
