Dandelion leaf

Green tea

Dating back 5000 years, the leaves of Camellia Sinensis are second only to water as the world’s most popular beverage. Numerous studies have demonstrated anti-carcinogenic and antioxidant properties. Green tea is used as a neuroprotective, both before and after toxicity as well as in cased of heavy metal poisoning. Please note that where CCTV is in operation in our stores you may be captured on CCTV and the footage stored for 28 days. We do several things designed to keep our data secure, including administrative, technical and physical safeguards such as firewalls and encryption measures.
While we endeavour to protect our systems, website, operations and information against unauthorised access, use, modification and disclosure, due to the inherent nature of the Internet as an open global communications vehicle and other risk factors, we cannot guarantee that any information, during transmission or while stored on our systems, will be safe from intrusion by others, such as hackers.
Orchard St. takes reasonable steps to:
a) make sure that the personal information we collect, use and disclose is accurate, complete and up-to-date;
b) protect the personal information that we hold from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure; and
c) where permitted by law, destroy or permanently anonymise personal information that is no longer needed by Orchard St. .
Orchard St. 's credit card transactions are fulfilled by an authorised banking institution. When collecting credit card information for online purchases, Orchard St. offers secured server transactions that encrypt your information in transit to help prevent others from accessing it. Personal information is stored on servers that are protected by appropriate safeguards and will be accessible by authorised employees and agents who require access relating to their responsibilities. Your credit card details are encrypted and then removed from our system once your order has been dispatched.
We don't usually collect unsolicited personal information. In the event we receive unsolicited personal information, we will determine if it would have been permissible to collect that personal information if it had been solicited. If we determine that collection would not have been permissible, to the extent permitted by law, we will destroy or anonymise that personal information as soon as practicable.

Shipping

Apothecary and Daily Ritual Deliveries

We will endeavour to send your package within 24 hours of ordering, Monday - Friday.

All domestic packages are sent via Pack & Send. You will receive an email from Pack & Send with your tracking number when it is dispatched.
If you have ordered a Juice Cleanse or Mix and Match Juice as well as another product, everything will be delivered together by our driver.

Cleanse Delivery

1. Orders must be placed at least two days before you want to begin.
2. Once you have made your order we'll send you a confirmation email. Please ensure start date, delivery address and any special requirements are correct.
3. Please provide a delivery address where you will be present during our hours of delivery or ensure that someone will be there to receive it on your behalf.
4. Picking up your cleanse in store? Pick up your boxes in store on either Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday on the start day of your cleanse. If you have ordered a 5 day cleanse, there will be two pick up days to ensure freshness of your juices.
Unfortunately we are unable to have boxes ready the day prior to your cleanse start date.
Local deliveries
1. Local cleanses are delivered between 3pm & 9pm the evening before your start date, so Monday, Wednesday or Friday between those times.
2. If you are not present at the delivery location, please leave clear instructions, such as a door code for a locked apartment building.
3. If we have to leave the delivery behind, we'll text you once drop off has been made.
4. For freshness, 5-day cleanses will be delivered in two drops; the first will contain three boxes and the second delivery two boxes.
Courier deliveries
We can deliver to almost any address in Sydney; home, office or hotel. During this time we can unfortunately not ship outside of Sydney, hopefully we can resume these again soon.
